Profile Description

Good day! I am a working mother of one (1). I am striving to provide the best for my son with the opportunities that are provided to me. I have been working in the since i was 17 years old, basically was a working student.
My first job was with an accounting firm as a bookkeeper/data encoder. I was handling the bookkeeping job for at least 5 corporations and 10 individuals. I was unable to take on more than that since I was studying. Stayed in that company for approximately 9 years. I then dabbled into customer service for one of the largest mobile provider in the country at the same time as a technical support for the company. That stint did not last very long since they did not offer a permanent position.
My jobs after than have all been with the BPO industry. I was a customer service representative and a technical support representative for the longest time. I was able to try my hand as a upskill trainer with the technical support LOB. I was able to do all methods of communication with the technical support LOB. I am trained for chat, voice and email support. I prefer the chat support the most since it help me when I was having issues with my throat.
I am currently working as a customer service representative and working my way up the positions. I am a SME (Subject Matter Expert) and supporting the training teams during their first couple of months on the operations floor. My aim is to be with the training department. I enjoy teaching what I know and making the process more streamline.
My experience has given me the opportunity to improve both my English speaking and writing proficiency. Typing speed is between 75-80 WPM. I am very organize and very detailed. I prefer being given a project in detail and doing it the way that I understand it.
