I started working for a BPO company since 2007. I was hired to support Sony vaio Laptops and desktops
for US consumers.Basic support for hardware,software and simple networking issues.After almost a year in the company, I was hired to work with one of America's leading ISP. I worked there as Technical support professional.
I do advanced technical networking support
for t1 circuit ,multi -channel internet protocol, VPN etc.
Aside from those skills I gained from BPO, I also have basic active directory knowledge, basic to advance
admin tasks.
