I'm presently working as a Customer Service Representatative in one of
the call centers here in Manila. I'm currently on an online shopping account, wherein I process orders online. Processing Payments,checking status of orders thru UPS or USPS. I'ts an international account dealing with mostly americans.
I used to work Emerson Electric Asia as a Sales Facilitator / Order Management. I was able to use Oracle system, CRM( Customer relations management. I've been in the call center industries for more than 10 years now. I used to be a team leader in Chase credit cards too.
