Profile Description

My areas of expertise include: travel bookings , assist customers in changing their
flights schedules, handling customer 's complaint, email handling as well as delivering an exceptional level of service to my clients. During my career I have learnt how to work efficiently in a busy office environment where there is plenty of activity. Furthermore, I have gained extensive experience of working with corporate clients, and know how to build a good rapport and relationship with customers so as to encourage repeat business.
On a more personal level I am open to any situation that is challenging and which tests my abilities, and with my work colleagues I have a reputation as being a fast learner, who is dependable, organized, and computer savvy.
