For buyer transactions, I handle contract processing, timeline tracking, and ensure all contingencies, inspections, and loan milestones are completed on time.I manage the full transaction lifecycle, starting from reviewing executed contracts, ensuring all required documents are complete and compliant, and creating a clear timeline of key deadlines.

I’ve worked extensively with CRMs, spreadsheets, and real estate transaction platforms, where accuracy and timeliness are critical. I am comfortable inputting, updating, and maintaining data such as client information, property details, contracts, and transaction records.

I supported members by explaining coverage, checking eligibility, and providing updates on claims, ensuring that each concern was resolved accurately and efficiently. I also worked closely with internal systems to review claim statuses, identify issues, and guide customers through the next steps.
