I have 1 year experience as a data entry encoder. I am skilled in handling written documents in terms of converting them into database data. I am Computer and Internet literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel). And I also have demonstrated ability to ensure complete and accurate data entries into system. Moreover I am good in English and Japanese speaking and my typing speed is 50 words per minute. I know this job is important in handling all kinds of confidential data, I possess a personal integrity that assists me in managing data in a top secret manner like willing to learn, open-minded, flexible, can easily coordinate job responsibilities and managing multiple tasks at once. And lastly, accuracy is my biggest virtue as I have been commended on the quality of my work. I am seeking opportunities to lower operational costs as much as possible.
