Profile Description

I am a 43 year old mother with one (1) nine year old son looking for an opportunity to work from home.
I have a stable DSL connection and a private work space at home that will allow me to focus on online tasks.
One of my strongest skills is that I am fluent in both writing and speaking English.
My speaking skills allowed me to converse and communicate confidently with clients when I worked with local banks in the Philippines.
My first job was a remittance clerk when I joined Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) in 1991.
It was a frontline job so I was personally dealing with customers on a daily basis.
From a clerical position, I was trained as a Special Lending Officer (supervisory level) and a Marketing Officer for the Trust Banking Department.
I was constantly meeting new people and conducting product presentations since my job was to solicit new customers.
I always look forward to learning new things so I moved to account management and micro lending bank products when I joined Far East Bank and Trust Company (1997-1999) and Aspac Rural Bank (2000-2001).
I was a Personal Financial Consultant and trained on selling mutual funds and cross selling credit cards/personal loans and corporate account management when I joined Standard Chartered Bank Philippines from 2001 - 2006.
I supervised a sales team with Citibank Savings from 2006-2010 pushing for investments and personal banking products.
I handled inbound calls with USA based bank clients when trained with customer service skills as a customer service representative for JP Morgan Chase Bank in a call center from 2010-2012.
From a customer service rep answering inbound queries, I was accepted as a peer coach/mentor for new hires.
I handled a micro team of 4-6 bankers and coached them with call handling skills, speaking skills, and confidence building.
Axa Philippines trained me in selling personal life insurance, investments, and handling objections in one of the most challenging industries.
Currently, I am looking for flexible time so I can manage my time to personally tutor my son with his school work.
I am committed to give my best to assist you like I have my former customers over the years.
