I have been working as a non-phone agent for more than 5 years now. Nature of the job is customer service and main task is to respond to email inquiries. Some of the skills I acquired include attention to details, identifying problems presented and providing appropriate solutions, and typing speed of 40-50 wpm.
In the 5 years of being a non-phone agent, I spent 3 years being a non-phone distributor. Some of tasks I performed were:
·Ensure that all reports are submitted in a timely manner.
·Accurate reporting of email volume and response time on a daily basis to ensure that the Non-Phone dashboard displays the correct response time and emails processed.
·Coordinate with the Manager on Duty for email overflow to maintain Service Level Agreement.
·Ensure that all emails overflowed to the Phone Teams are processed in a timely manner and
provide feedback to Team Managers for discrepancies and inconsistencies for immediate action.
·Determine underlying issues that causes high email volume and delayed response time and
coordinate with Team Managers for action planning.
·Monitor the Phone Group mailbox for emails that needs to be reviewed to ensure timely
response.
·Update response time chart on daily basis to promote awareness of the service level to team
members.
·Accurate labelling of absences and unpaid leaves to ensure that productivity and schedule
adherence are accurate for bidding and performance reviews purposes.
·Streamline productivity computation with the Reporting Department to ensure that all figures
are accurate for both Non-Phone file and Dashboard.
·Ensure that documentation processes are followed including the use of documentation
templates.
·Join new hire training sessions conducted by the Non-Phone Team Managers to bridge the gap on processes and policies.
During my free time I watch Korean dramas and I am particularly interested in the accuracy of the subtitles. I also like to solve Sudoku puzzles and Word Hunts.
