I have worked for a call center in Cebu, Philippines for 3 years (2008-2011). I was trained to troubleshoot internet connection problems for customers located in 22 different states in America. During the span of time wherein I worked as a technical support agent, I had the opportunity to improve my typing, listening, and thinking skills. I was also able to practice multitasking. But the best skill that I had developed is how to handle customers who were calling us that were frustrated or irate if worse.
