Profile Description

I am a graduate of Political Science and after graduating I worked for a Korean Academy as a teacher while pursuing my Law School. But unfortunately times has been rough and I was forced to stop my studies and go back working to earn. I applied for a call center company in the Philippines and I was hired right away. I was a billing specialist and we were the first line of defense for all the questions thrown by our customer. The company is a cable company in the United States and we were trained to answer technical problems, do a little of product selling and most specially support and answer billing inquiries of our customers. After that I was employed as a Administrative Assistant for a Korean Academy, my job requires me to check the student's status, teachers working hours and their classes and also prepare their daily time record.
