I am currently taking my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology at De La Salle University Manila, giving me some skills in terms of clinical/abnormal psychology. At the same time I've been working as an HR Manager for Megaresto Group Inc., a company in the buffet industry, for almost 5 years now wherein I handle the recruitment, training, and administrative areas. Aside from the Human Resource aspect, I also handle the daily sales for all 19 buffet branches (i.e. checking for sales discrepancies and issuing the necessary deductions, etc.).
I have previously worked with Accenture and McKinsey as a recruiter. I've sourced and recruited local applicants for Accenture, through face to face interviews, and international applicants for McKinsey (Moscow branch) through emails and video calls.
I am very proficient in using the Microsoft Office tools and I have a good command of the English language whether written or verbal. I need minimum supervision and will work self directed.
