I've been working in a Call Center for almost 7 years now as Customer Service Representative. I have learned many things which enhanced my skills and knowledge. I've experienced working in different lines of business in BPO industry such as Outbound, Inbound, Email and Chat. Currently I am a Chat and Email Support Representative for a social network gaming account. I've been in this account since 2010 but started working in a call center since 2008. I have shown my love, loyalty and concern to our company by doing my best to adhere in every metrics and rules set by the client/company. With regard to my work, I am knowledgeable in some computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, etc. My typing speed is 55 WPM my hobby is Internet Surfing which will help me with various online job functions.
