Profile Description

I am experienced in secretarial support and sales administration with background in marketing. I worked for an expat from the USA as an executive assistant for more than three years and then for the General Manager of The Body Shop Philippines (JVS Worldwide Inc) for one year before I was encouraged by my family to go to Singapore.
I worked in Singapore for seven years as a sales coordinator cum business/office administrator. I was working for a small company and I had to multi task. Aside from sales administration, I also functioned as an office manager and secretary of the General Upgrade to see actual info Singapore, I had the opportunity to work with people of different races like Chinese, Malay, Indian and German. I had to communicate via phone calls and emails to our principals' offices in Singapore and Germany everyday. I am confident that I can deal with people from different levels. After seven years, I decided to come back to the Philippines to spend more time with my family.
I am very familiar with MS Office (especially Word & Excel), I have used them for years in all the companies that I worked for. I have a laptop and two internet subscriptions. I am confident to say that I am a fast learner should there are new software that I need to use.
I am mature and independent, I can work with minimal supervision but at the same time can work with a team. With around two decades of work experience, I have learned a lot and I am willing to learn more. I want to be a part of an organization where I can share my knowledge and skills and be able to contribute to the company's growth.
