•Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
*Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails, prioritize messages, and manage communication on behalf of executives.
•Property Listings: Manage property listings (Facebook Marketplace and Zillow), update information, and assist with marketing efforts.
•Tenant Relations: Assist with tenant communication, including responding to inquiries
•Dispatching in-house maintenance technicians to homeowners to provide work needed
•Knowledgeable in CRM using the Appfolio, Google Suite
•Proficient in utilizing project management tools: Asana
DATA ENTRY/ACCOUNTING SUPPORT:
•Send rent reminders to delinquent tenants
•Send Rent Due Notices to Tenants and conduct follow-ups through email and text
•Enter payments in Appfolio and QuickBooks
•Pay utility bills, update the monitoring sheet, and enter in QuickBooks<8efe80624d780eba0c6493ec45140364>;EMAIL SUPPORT/ VIRTUAL ASSISTANT/ E-COMMERCE
•Handle customers' concerns about an Item through Email Ticketing
•Track and update customers' parcels
•Offer and perform a refund (if needed)
•Help the customer replace by contacting the Merchant
•Know how to edit photos using Canva
