Hi, I'm a WordPress expert for about 5 years already and counting.
I do backend codes like setting them up so that the owner/client can edit the frontend easily, adding/creating widgets, install plugins or theme and fixing or adding functionality on the installed plugin to meet what clients want.
I can also do frontend codes like fixing or customizing layouts, convert the PSD to WordPress Theme or template and make them responsive(either already exist or from scratch website) for devices using Upgrade to see actual info media query or Twitter Bootstrap.
What I like to myself is that I never stop learning, I keep on searching for the new technology and study it.
