Hi, I'm MIca Syra S. Dungo, I'm a graduate of Information Technology at AMA Computer Learning Center. I love editing, reading books and reading blogs, surfing over the internet, researching, MS Office, I really love working on my computer. My strength is that, I'm energetic, friendly, can do multi-tasking, can work on a graveyard or morning shift and I'm a flexible person. Well, I've been with BPO industry for 1 year at Sykes which is one of the most respective and growing BPO. My account there is Hotels.com under Expedia (U.S, Canada), we do hotel reservation where I'm assisting customer with their room reservation. There's a lot of calls a day, like 50-70 calls and I assure that every time I take calls I can assist them further with their concerns and give them the best rooms that best suits for them. I decided to resign because I want to have a home based, so if you could give me a chance, I can promise you that I will do my best shot for this job.
