I’m 24 years old and a senior high school graduate under the Accountancy, Business, and Management strand, with some college background in Accountancy. I may not have finished my degree yet, but I’m eager to gain hands-on experience and grow in the virtual assistance field — because learning never stops, right?

I’ve worked for over two years in customer service as a barista, handling cash transactions, assisting customers, and staying calm even during the busiest rush hours! I also gained remote experience as a cold caller and market researcher, where I learned to communicate confidently and accurately record data — even when typing as fast as people talk!  I learned to listen carefully, stay confident, and handle “no’s” with a grin.

I’m big on accuracy, adaptability, and good vibes! ? I take feedback as my best friend (not a scary monster), and I’m always improving my skills to serve clients better. Whether it’s data entry, admin tasks, or customer support, I’ll make sure things get done efficiently — with a sprinkle of positivity and a whole lot of heart.
