Profile Description

•Accepts and encodes cash sales invoices per purchase order booked by the salesmen from the trade and forward to the logistics department for stocks lay-outing and dispatching.
• Accommodates order from the account via phone patch and process it accordingly.
• Creates transmittal for collections for all the sales invoices returned after its delivery and distributes it to the respective salesmen assigned around Northern Mindanao and caraga.
• Maintain a substantial database for the generated reports thru pivoting, may it be soft or hard copy, for future references.
• Do Sales inventory after each cycle and maintains an updated warehouse stocks position for both regular and free goods stocks.
• Gathers and collates various documents namely sales and cancelled invoices, stock withdrawals, collection transmittals, free goods transmittals, transmittal for deliveries, retrieval notices for damage stocks and many others.
• Attends to every salesman’s request in generating reports for assessment of their monthly sales performances.
• Performs other clerical jobs and documentations
