Profile Description

I am interested in a part - time (or full - time) job that I can do from the comforts of home while I work on finishing my thesis. I plan to do my online job in the morning until the early afternoon. The rest of the day will be spent for data gathering or consultation for my thesis. I am adaptable, organized, detail-oriented, work well under pressure and on deadlines, enjoy working with people from different backgrounds.
I have handled Personality and Achievement/Aptitude Tests since I was in college. This trained me to uphold confidentiality of records and results with utmost importance. I gathered data/scores of clients, interpreted and made reports on results of their tests. During this time, I learned and appreciated the features of MS Excel.
During my time at a hotel reservations center, I handled calls specifically for guest bookings. My responsibilities are mainly to book and modify hotel reservations of clients. I was also tasked to enroll guests to the company's loyalty program whenever possible.
I also worked as a general
transcriptionist for Edinteg Enterprise. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, converting voice messages into text, operating transcription equipment and providing administrative/clerical/technical support as needed. At some point in this company, I handled training and recruitment of new agents. I did job interviews, compiled necessary documents and monitored performance and accomplished progress reports for each trainee/applicant. It was also my task to inform and communicate such details to superiors and the applicants/trainees.
At the moment, I am a Handwork teacher for children in the 5th and 6th grades. My students are working on an embroidery project at this time and I do regular checks on their work. I not only check whether the necessary stitches were made but also on the quality and effort put into the making, which I believe are most essential. I communicate to my students what they did well and praise them for that. When they have done something undesirable or have points to improve on, I communicate it to them immediately or at the soonest
possible time. Whenever this happens, I make it a point that the child understands what s/he has done and remind him/her of what the task is at hand. We both work out what s/he can do to do better and improve in the future. I also make reports on their progress and work with their Main Teacher as to how to address certain concerns for each student.
