Profile Description

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science major in Management Accounting. My first job was swallowing the sharp words of irate callers under Blue Shield of California account. That time Pres. Obama had just changed the healthcare process and coverage,
and American, like any other people are all uncomfortable about 'change' and so they burst t it out to the call center representatives. The challenge there was how to handle their temper and make them listen as we explain to them the new coverage. I ventured another endeavor, and saw myself handling dollar payment to international buyers under Procurement and Logistics team of Visayan Electric Company. I was also handling delivery monitoring, and logistics. After 2 years, since I was also contributing articles to the company magazine, I was transferred to the Corporate Communication team as a Corporate Communication specialist. I was handling media relations, stockholder relations, press releases, and team's budget. In this team, the value of accuracy and coherent communication to the company's stakeholders is indispensable for maintaining the company's brand identity.
