This solo mom is a mother of two equally gifted teenagers. Being the loving Mom that she is, she really works hard for them and makes sure that all is accounted for in terms of their daily needs and saving up for their future. She may have had her share of life's ups and down but she uses those life lessons as a guide in everything she does. 

Working in the contact center industry has given her the chance to learn new ideas and knowledge that she can use everyday. Working on different shifting schedules made her more flexible. Being a mother, you will clearly see how WARM and EXPRESSIVE she is whenever she assists customers with complex concerns. She always makes it a point that all avenues are exhausted in order to resolve their concern and uses her SENSORY perceptive in dealing with Upgrade to see actual infow, she is one of the outstanding employees generating revenue for the company with her sales skills. 

She is continuously honing her expertise to equip herself with the knowledge to help her succeed. She is currently a government (DICT) scholar finishing up “General Virtual Assistance”. According to her, the training is very tedious and yet she is very OPTIMISTIC that she will make it through together with the rest of the class with the help of their trainers and resource persons who are equally successful in their own field.
