I am working as a barangay secretary for almost 9 years in service/9 consecutive years..Part of my job is to take down and prepare minutes of all meetings,
barangay regular sessions,and assemblies and of course barangay justice
system hearings and a resolution derived from the session.Most of the time ,I am making letters,notices, memorandums, certifications, and clearances, and all be done
in computers through Microsoft Word. Moreover, it is my daily obligation to accommodate
all the constituents,clients,and visitors coming in the office as mostly trusted by the Barangay Captain and its Sangguniang Officials..
