Hello, 
I have been in the freelance industry for almost 5 years and have provided excellent service to several clients. Below are some of my work experience:
1. Operations manager for an online store via Shopify (clothing line of a popular Youtube vloggers and gamers)- handled a team with more than 15 members (inquiries, escalation, coaching sessions)- refund and cancellation- returns- order tracking- process updates- email queue management- DSAT analysis- Stats reporting
2. Project Manager for a Shopify Expert- handled different accounts of Shopify owners to grow their business- website review- basic Shopify store enhancement (email-pop ups, rewards program, chatbots, bUpgrade to see actual infors, etc)- create and monitor related tasks for their Shopify store.
The CRMs or tools that I have knowledge or used are Gorgias, ShipHero, Zendesk, Salesforce, Helpscout, Freshdesk, Shopify, Shipstation, Sociocaster, Intercom, Airbnb, Returnly, Hubspot, Beacon, Google Drive Apps, Wordpress, Trello, Asana, Amazon Seller Central, Liveagent, Mailchimp, Woodpecker, Canva, SAASU, Chargebee, social media accounts and a lot more.  I can say that my experience with those projects helped me learn the ins and outs on how to work virtually. I have also proven my employers that I can meet their deadlines ahead of time to accomplish their projects with excellent quality.
