Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry for six years now. Most of the accounts that I have been with was customer
service and technical support services. I am currently employed as
a BPO inside Makati and I am playing the role of Hotel tech support for software application. Working in the BPO is a great experience for me because in this line of business I am able to learn multi-tasking works. It gives me more confidence to mingle and converse with Hotel Managers and Owners. We
are not just talking to front desk clerks, sometimes Managers and Owners. In this line of business I learn a lot. Now that I have a 2 year old daughter that is when I realize how difficult to budget time. Of course employee cannot say no to overtime because that is extra pay. But in rendering overtime a sacrfice the time for my daughter. I believe that more time with your daughter will make them happy and at the same time can boost there self confidence in the real world. I am looking for a part time job who will eventually my full time in the comfort of my home. In that way I am earning and at the same time I will have enough time to play with my baby.
