Profile Description

I am working as an I.T. staff in a private company. My tasks are including but not limited to installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, applications and networks; monitoring and maintaining computer systems, printers and networks; troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing hardware or software faults; setting up new user's accounts in a domain and dealing with password issues and security; troubleshooting computer issues from other branches over internet; monitor internet usage per employees; administering Linux Sever and daily back-up of Intuit Quickbooks
data and make entry of Quickbooks data if necessary and other software data; make quarterly back-ups of employee's data; provide user support for the initial training on equipment and software; recommend and advise proper care of computer
