Profile Description

I am actively working as Front Office Associate in a one of the boutique hotels in Boracay Island. My schedule is flexible as i can work morning or night shift in our hotel. I personally handle all guest concerns. I do provide the daily checking of guest concerns, needs and request for the entire stay in our hotel.
I always ensure that all things needed are provided. Greeting customers and knowing their needs are one of the things that I always do, not just because I have to do it but I really love to do this stuff. From thence, I able to know them more and become friends. It is an honest conversation with guests that I am fond to do and in return, it gives our hotel a prospective returning and new guest referrals.
In my whole day work in our hotel, I always think that my skills in handling guests make my workplace enjoyable to stay and complimented, and most of the time they provide us a great feedback personally and online.
