I have been with the BPO Industry for almost 8 years.I started with ePLDT Ventus as a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative handling Mitsubishi Account in US.My responsibility includes handling customer complaints and inquiries regarding the product.Then i transferred to Sitel Philippines where i handled Virgin Mobile based in Australia.I have been with the company for almost 5 years and was promoted as an Escalation agent handling irate customers who are having disputes with their services,after a couple of months of being with the said position,i have been promoted as a Subject Matter Expert,my responsibility includes handling agents when the Team Leader is not around and answering agents questions regarding product and processes.Lastly,i was with Interglobe Technologies as a Process Associate handling United Airlines Flight Attendants.We are responsible in processing their requests such as vacations,maternity and others that requires paperworks.
