I am responsible also to their improvements and their skills.My duty is to checked daily sales, receipts, logbooks, monthly sales report and even the cash for deposits.I am the one who is responsible whatever the staff is doing it is my duty to teach them how to handle rejections from clients and most especially teach them how to give good customers service professionally. I am the one who will leads them how to met our daily goals.And also i am responsible to change their negative reactions into positive one,
