I've been in the BPO industry as a customer service representative for more than 5 years. My field of expertise is providing world class customer service relationships. I handle customers travel itineraries and assist them in finding accommodations in hotels and book flights.
If a customer wishes to change their booking plans, I'm there to assist.
I have also worked as a technical support representative with one of the biggest phone, internet and tv provider in the US.
