As a literary editor for our High School newspaper, I have had experience proof reading newspaper entries. I have written several articles for the same paper as well.
Working as a Call Center Agent for about 5 years now, I have had vast experience communicating using the English Language. Thus, English has already become my 2nd language.

While I was an escalation specialist, I am still joining calibration sessions with the quality team and helped in ensuring quality for calls, emails and chat correspondence.
Right now, I am working for an international bank. This has given me knowledge in the financial industry. I am already very familiar with day to day financial terms for deposit accounts and credit card accounts. I am comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, keeping integrity in everything that I do.
