I can say that I have a good written and verbal english communication.
I am knowledgeable in computer applications. I can do multi-tasking effectively,
can work independently and even in less supervision. I am a very responsible person. I work hard as much as I can but I also find time to relax my self to deal with stress at work. I have learned to adopt to different situations, relate well with people from different variety of cultures and socio-economic.
I know how to deal with irate and demanding customers. I have learned difficulties, ups and down with in my time working as a call center agent but I still have a lot of things to learn and I am always positive and open for more changes and learnings to improve me more as an employee and as a person..
