• Data Entry, Documentation (Shipping)
• Customer Service via ticketing (Freshdesk) through chat and email.
• Handling invoice dispute via SAP/FSCM
• People Management skills
• Content Curation
• Knows how to use tools such as (Slack,Teamworkpm, Jing, Evernote, Dropbox, Teamviewer, Time Doctor, Google Docs/Suite). 
• Basic knowledge in Wordpress.
• Social Media Management (Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Tweeter, Google+)
• Administrative tasks – Email, Calendar and Travel Arrangement, Researching
