Profile Description

I am a BPO professional since 2007 and I am interested to become your Recruiter.
I have supported various campaigns in customer service, technical support, sales and insurance company in the past.
For the last seven years that I have been working, I only got connected with three different BPO Companies such as Convergys in Alabang, Teletech in Bacoor and AIG in Alabang as well (all based in the Philippines).
I have been a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a Recruitment team of Teletech Philippines for two years where I interview candidates for our job openings as well as conduct assessments for them and now I am an Associate Recruiter for a headhunting firm in Makati City (Philippines) for BPO partners.
I know how to use Taleo and Zoho both are Applicant Tracking Softwares. I have a fixed Saturday and Sunday off (Mountain Time). During weekdays I have a flexible 9-hour work schedule that may perfectly fit to work as your Recruiter 3-9pm PST. I already have desktop, laptop and internet connection with 4mbps properly installed at home as I also worked as a Homebased Chat Support Agent for Engage To Sell for 1 year and 3 months.
