Profile Description
I used to work as an Executive Secretary in a construction firm.
As a secretary, I got to talk to a lot of people, giving them information they need and assisting them what they need.
About three months ago, I had an opportunity to work in a Call Center, but, since I had a hard time going to the office due to distance of my place to workplace, I had to stop.
As a customer service professional, I was able to assist and give instructions to the clients over the phone.
As a person, I can work independently and efficiently.
I am looking for a long term job where I can share and contribute my professional knowledge and skills.
