I am a graduate of AB Mass Communication with call center experience in two BPO companies in the Philippines, where I have handled inbound calls for American customers. During my early years of employment, I also did some administrative tasks in a government agency and some private firms. I have handled some activities which involve public relations such as conceptualizing entrepreneurial events (seminars, exhibits, forums, etc.), inviting speakers and participants and deals with the press releases for the events. During those times, I also did multitasking as I was required to document all of the events I was handling. For now, I am engaging in a business called Multilevel Network Marketing. I am now looking for an online job opportunity that would help me develop and refresh my English communication skills and to have an additional income.
In my other previous experiences, I've done some article writings for local SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprises) promotion.
I know basic computer skills such as typing and editing using MS Word and a little knowledge about using Excel, Publishers, and Power Point. I can also do some simple video clips using Movie Maker. I am detail-oriented and really patient as it comes to analyzing how things work. I may not be that knowledgeable in certain things but I am always willing to learn and adapt new things when I am assigned in a particular task. When I work, I put my attention into it and make sure I am able to finish it.
Recently, I finished projects from two different Australian-based companies where I did tasks like data entry, audio transcription and outbound calls. I’m positively looking forward to another online job opportunity.
