Just an update! I've been with BPO industry for 2 years now. I've handled calls in a financial institution, and currently handles customer service thru email support. Providing customer service is really my passion and I'm looking forward to share my skills with your good company.

I am Hospitality Practitioner, I've been a hotelier in a 5-Star hotel and a Barista from a well-established, internationally-known coffee shop. Working for operations in a food and beverages department/establishment is working under pressure and taught me to to do multitasking, handling two or more tasks at a time makes the shift more productive. I can definitely utilize that skill to perform whatever task or duty that will be given me and will have the initiative to do what is right with the best of my capability, I am definitely willing to adjust and cooperate to
perform any and whatsoever task and/or work extensions.
