I work in a retail store as a customer service personnel from which i listen and give the exact information to the customers who are asking or inquiring for a certain product or other information they needed. Being part of a sales team i handle customer complains. I can do multitasking. I am knowledgeable enough in using Microsoft office word or excel for part my job is doing inventory and reports. I have an average skills in communicating to people using the English language oral or written. I am not a computer expert but i surely know how to use it and do some basic troubleshooting. I am currently finishing my college degree in office administration but i also want a job where i can practice myself more and also to help building the company business.
