Profile Description

As an Online Admin Support, I used to work alone because I report directly to Ontario, Canada. I used to do booking Ads (data entry), record all clients’ and/or sales reps’ requests to advertise in a particular areas using Filemaker software and Web based Applications in Canada; I maintain client files on clients' database, send booking updates to sales reps, create invoices ans SOAs in semi-monthly basis and send those directly to clients through email and/or fax and copied sales reps; I also used to handle, teach & guid the newly hired Admin Clerks on their daily tasks, check their works and send corrections if any; Prepare mailing schedule of magazines using Web based Map Application & generate it using EST software to be sent to respective residences across Canada.
As an Executive Secretary with one of the large bank here in the Philippines, I report directly to the FVPs of Business Consulting Division (BCD), Application Management Divisions (AMD) 1, 2 and 3. In short, I handled all admin tasks of four Divisions; I trained all other newly hired executive secretaries to be assigned on the AMD 1, 2 and 3; I also performed the System Administrator tasks of the IT Group’s Software Development Life Cycle Document Repository and project tracking system for recording project related activities, create and maintain user access profile for newly hired employees of the IT Group.
