I’m Raechelle Anne Roz and I’m interested in the position you’ve posted. I have been a professional call center agent for almost 4 years and I have the skills that you’ve needed. You had mentioned that you were looking for someone with a background in taking outbound calls. I worked for a BPO industry, wherein we answer phone calls, resolving customer’s issues and always make sure’s that every first call is resolved. During outbound calls I had experience where we manage to take market research in every respondent for 3 minutes.
