Most of my work experience and skills were gained and nurtured in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I am into Customer Service and Sales Coordination. Currently, I am still here in Dubai but I do have plans on going back home so I had tried applying on this site. I had started working as a production operator in Hitachi Philippines and Fujitsu Philippines. And because I had the semi-conductor work experience, I was luckily hired to work in Taiwan with the same position which lasted from 1999 to 2001. When I returned back home in 2001, after 3 months, I flew to Dubai and worked as a Cashier under Kuwait Food Company Americana. It is a company which handles the sole-franchising of Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut, Hardees and many more within the Middle East region. I worked with them for six years. Within a month after I resigned from Kuwait Food Company, I found a new job with Al Danube Building Materials and stayed in that company for almost 3years. Initially, I was hired as a Documentation Clerk and then later I was assigned as a Sales Coordinator which I did handle outdoor salesmen for their Plywood and Timber division. I was mainly responsible of their customer accounts, receiving Local Purchase Order, issuing Delivery Notes, Sales Invoice, constant communication with the warehouse and delivery teams and entertaining telephonic enquiries from customers. I really loved that work but I had shifted to another company when I was given a better opportunity. My next job was a Retail Sales Executive in Saniwave General Trading. They were also dealing with building materials like the previous one. The difference in here, was that I am in direct contact with the customers, it was either on phone or the walk-in customers. I dealt in selling of Sanitary and bathroom fixtures. I handled brands like Grohe, Villeroy & Boch and some italian brands. Beside from bathroom fittings, I was selling tiles both of ceramic and granite quality. Also, I was assigned in issuing Quotations, Delivery Notes, Sales Invoice and others. I was responsible in doing sales report and handling of cash receivables. Unluckily, it closed after 2 years but still I didn't lose my faith because I found Kamal Osman Jamjoom Group. In this company, I was assigned as a Sales Associate under of Ulla Popken brand. They were into women's fashion with plus sizes ranging from size 16 to 32. They had all the ranges, from Casual to Formal wear. As a Sales Associate, I did handle the POS/Cash Registrar, did merchandising of the displayed items, arranged and organized stockroom, prepared daily sales report, received deliveries and did updates on the system. I do have experience using ERP-Orion, Citrix, Oracle, E-Mas and POS.
