Profile Description

I am currently employed as Accounting Supervisor.
For these, I handle different staffs with different skills, attitude and drive towards the job. As a leader, I am able to manage them according to company's policy in achieving the goal.
I learned to prepare job schedules to maintain overall financial records and obtain the financial picture of the company. I experienced accounting problems but found solutions very well. I am the one who monitors the work of subordinates; plans, instructs and organizes the accounting activities; analyzes accounting procedures for better understanding of the management; provides training for incoming accounting employee; interprets various accounts and initiates necessary actions to be taken; fully responsible on accounts payable, accounts receivable including the review of invoices and prepares evaluation of the department staff.
The skills which I believed I have is the ability of being good in verbal and written communications, abiding teamwork, the ability to multi-task, tackle workloads, pressure and meet deadlines. I have the depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures.
During my college days, I was a journalist also. I preferred feature and opinion writing. I also love reading and writing books.
