Profile Description
I am a Quality Assurance Analyst in American Insurance General. The main responsibility of a Quality Analyst is to make sure that insurance policies sent to the owners are filtered and are free of errors either procedural errors or typographical errors. I am also responsible in giving out coaching sessions for the processors who are erroneous or who are identified to be having trouble with processing. A quality analyst also does clerical works such as sending reports, creating excel trackers, and presenting a monthly quality review for the team (Both in the Philippines and in the US).
