Profile Description

I have excellent written and verbal communication skills, honed by my extensive education and experience. I am a proficient user of different Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher and Outlook). Because of previous projects I have been entrusted with in the past, I have also worked on Articulate for exam systems, Quickbooks for order processing and inventory management, Dotloop and Zipforms for real estate transactions. I am goal oriented, and work hard to beat deadlines by a day or two, to allow time for modifications. I recently worked as a Customer Service Representative for one of the largest BPO companies in the country for a span of 3 years.
I also have teaching and review material development experience for 2 years, when I worked for an online review center for nurses. I was tasked to write up NCLEX practice tests, pharmacological and medical definitions databases that were uploaded via Articulate. I have a bit of experience with SEO and linking.
