I worked as a mentor/customer service representative for Amazon.co.uk Customer Service at EGS Philippines. I assist our trainees during their calls and also teach them the techniques on how to manage each concern of our customers. As a customer service representative I help our customers with their issues and concerns about their orders and accounts on Amazon. I ensure that every issue is properly dealt with, properly addressed, and all problems are solved.
