I would love to work as a customer service representative, mainly as an inbound agent. I would love to interact with
customers and at the same time satisfy them with their questions and inquiries.
I do not have proper experience as an online customer service representative but
I have been trained and exposed to the whole system.
I am an output-driven person and I commit to my jobs.
I always do my best in everything that I do in order to satisfy my superiors with the job that I do. I can work under pressure and with minimal supervision, hence, you can count on me to do deliver my job well.
I can converse well through English, may it be written or spoken. I love writing short articles of my life since I am a frustrated writer.
My excellent English skill is my asset on landing the job of my dream.
