I have not worked as "Assistant" as my job description before. But for me, an assistant is someone who stays in the background, and gets the job done. I believe that I can be that for my employer.
I am hardworking, patient and meticulous. And lots of times, I found myself, having to rely on my wits to deliver what is expected of me. I am used t0 fast-paced work environment.
I have worked as a call center technical support representative - voice, email, and chat - for 7 years. I have learned to multi-task, manage my time, and meet deadlines. I have very good command of the English language - written and oral. I can understand and follow instructions very well. Aside from this, I can type an average of 50/wpm, and have very good phone skills. Through the years, I have developed good listening skills, and can deal with people from all walks of life. There is no better teacher than experience.
