Here are the list of what I do at my job.
* Monitors daily gmp, sanitation, and pest control
* Checks raw materials upon receiving and prior to processing
* Conducts microbiological and physico-chemical analyses for finished products (coffee; tea (pito-pito, sambong, banaba, ginger, ampalaya, lagundi); salad dressings (thousand island, sicilian, garlic, honey mustard, herb cheese) and vinaigrettes (balsamic, mango, fresh herb); pasta sauces (putanesca,amatriciana, bolognese); dips and spreads
* In-line checking of processed products
* Participates in developing of new and existing products
* Daily sensory evaluation of finished products
* Submits encoded results of all finished product evaluation reports
* Investigates on the possible cause if ever there are costumer complaints and formulates probable solutions
Aside from the given Quality assurance stuffs written above, I know how to use Microsoft offices. I am quiet creative in making powerpoint presentations. I can type on a average speed level. I am quiet good in writing. I love to read stories, ideas, news, literature and other important pieces of information on the internet and in the book. I love to edit pictures and make collage.
