Profile Description

I've been in the BPO industry for a total of 4 years. I have a background in outbound sales for
2 years and customer service for another 2 years. I've work with
big companies namely; Dell, Atnt, T-mobile and Clear Wire. Being a call center agent
provided me the skills that you are looking for. I am hardworking, flexible and customer service oriented. I also don't have a problem in rotating schedule since my shift in my previous work was also in a graveyard shift and sometimes in mid-shift. I am one of the top seller in our batch that is why even I am only 18 yrs old that time I was immediately transferred for an outbound account Dell. I am confident that I will be able to prove my self to you if given an opportunity. I am a goal oriented person and I see to it that all my goals are reached.
