Profile Description

-To assist in the roll-out activities of new application systems running in the mainframe, client-server and personal computers
-To assist in seeing to it that all deliveries on the site are properly received and installed into designated end-user location
-To provide consulting, support, training and supplemental staffing services for all corporate clients as and when required by Systems Generators Philippines, Inc.
- Troubleshoots problem with computer system. Perform repairs and corrections where required
( hardware and software, e-mail, network, internet and peripheral problems)
- Install, troubleshoot, configure and repair software issues for Windows XP, Windows Vista, 7 and Microsoft Office 2003-2010
- Install, configures and upgrades operating system and software
- Install and assemble computers, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware
- Provide technical assistance to end-users
