A Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) of Department Of Health (DOH) and Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) with effective customer service skills and a rather contagious excitement about the opportunities.

I am adept at customer service and administering documentation to upper management, staff and clients alike.
I have previously managed my own travel business that had boosted my confidence level to deal with different clients giving a good quality customer service despite working under pressure.
I have also developed a monitoring report formula to immediately identify the discrepancies on a Daily/Monthly Sales Report to raise and resolve the issue at a shorter period of time with the partnered accredited IATA travel agency.
I have worked as an Administrative Assistant in DynCorp International under ACAS Program in Afghanistan from August 2009 through August 2011. My experience in the Security Department has gained me knowledge in DynMRO due to the task that tracks all Purchase Requisitions pertaining to Security requirements and monitors mandatory trainings mandated by DynCorp International.
My previous work experiences as an Executive Assistant and as an Affiliate Relations Representative in CNP Worldwide, Inc. and Customer Service Professional in ATI –Logistics, that entailed in dealing with people and operations, to ensure requirements of the clients are met and any issues/concerns were properly coordinated with the department concerned and provide urgent actions and feedbacks to the clients.
